Émilien Feneuil is a visionary grower-vigneron based in Chamery, a Premier Cru village in the northwest of Champagne’s Montagne de Reims region. Since reclaiming his family's historic estate in 2006, Feneuil has transformed his 2.3 hectares of vines into a thriving ecosystem through meticulous biodynamic farming and agroforestry. For his rare, still Coteaux Champenois white wine, he specifically sources fruit from the "Les Puits" lieu-dit, a single vineyard plot in Chamery celebrated for its unique microclimate and mineral-rich soils. In this specific vineyard, he cultivates the nearly forgotten heirloom grape Petit Meslier, which retains a remarkable, electric acidity even in warm vintages. The resulting wines are natural, low-intervention masterpieces fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged heavily in oak barrels, reflecting a pure, unadulterated expression of their unique terroir.
