About the cuvee:
"Les Champs Brulée" is a tiny liee-dit within the Grand Cru village of Verzy in the Montagne de Reims. 100% Pinot Noir from mostly old vines. Farming is done without insecticides or herbicides, and weeds are managed by traditional plowing.
Maceration on the skins for 1 day, aged in barrels (10% new), then aged sur latte for nearly 3 years before disgorgement (May 2023)."
