Domaine Pierre Vessigaud's 'Le Mont' Mâcon-Solutré-Pouilly 2023 comes from southern Burgundy, produced by a fifth-generation family estate. The wine is made from Chardonnay grapes grown on clay-limestone and marl soils using biodynamic practices in a warm continental climate, and aged for 11 months in large oak foudres. The wine is characterized by aromas of white flowers, pear, and citrus with stony minerality and offers a vibrant, crisp palate with depth and a long finish.

Domaine Pierre Vessigaud is a fifth-generation family estate located in the hamlet of Pouilly, in the heart of the prestigious Pouilly-Fuissé appellation. Founded in 1839, the domaine has remained in the same family for nearly two centuries. The estate's modern history is defined by Pierre Vessigaud, who took over from his father in 1988. Pierre shifted the estate’s focus toward more natural methods, beginning organic practices in 1998 and officially securing Ecocert organic certification in 2010.
