Domaine Gregory White is a small, family-owned winery in the Languedoc region of France, specializing in natural wines. Former sports journalist Gregory White established the domaine in 2013 after a "Damascus moment" led him to switch careers and study enology. Farming organically on 4.5 hectares in the village of Aspiran, he works with traditional Languedoc grapes like Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, and Carignan.
White is known for his minimal-intervention winemaking style, which features hand-harvested grapes, fermentation with native yeasts, and no fining, filtering, or added sulfur. The resulting wines are often described as vibrant and energetic, with playful names like "White is Rouge" and "Jamais Pas Soif" that reflect his non-dogmatic and fun approach to winemaking.
