Domaine Bott-Geyl has been a family run enterprise spanning back to 1795 - spanning the end of the French Revolution, the Napoleonic wars, and two World Wars. Jean-Cristophe Bott has been heading up the family domaine since 1993, converting their 15 hectares of vineyards to organic farming in 2000, and biodynamic (certified) in 2002. Despite their small size, they are able to offer some of the best estate-produced values in the region.
Grafenreben is a vineyard on a slope of clay and chalk that faces southeast, which is ideal for Riesling. Fine notes of white stone fruit, walnut and minerals. An intense wine and racy on the palate finishing with a nice salinity.
