Wines Scheduled To Arrive Late October
Notes from Becky Wasserman & Co.:
"On the northern border of Mazis-Chambertin, mostly limestone soil."
Wine Advocate:
The 2023 Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Les Corbeaux has turned out nicely, mingling aromas of cherries and cassis with notions of smoke and spices in an appealing bouquet. Medium to full-bodied, lively and suave, it's fresh and seamless, reflecting the Bachelet family's longstanding work to tame this climat's potential rusticity.
