The families making up Diebolt-Vallois have been involved with Champagne production since before Champagne had bubbles. Needless to say, Diebolt-Vallois has greatly contributed to the character of what is recognized as traditional Blanc de Blancs Champagne. Classics are not trends! Aromatics of green apples, citrus peel and brioche lure you into a familiar creamy roundness with a racy backbone acid structure. The wine finishes crisp and chalky.
