Founded by winemaker Brianne Day in 2012, Day Wines produces boutique, artisanal bottlings sourced from a small group of Oregon growers who use biodynamic, organic, or sustainable vineyard practices. With experience spanning four continents, Brianne applies a low-intervention, natural winemaking philosophy to capture the specific time and place of each wine.  The winery, located in Dundee, serves as a hub for innovation, with Brianne following her curiosity to produce unique and expressive wines.
