"By “stepping aside”, we invite the ephemeral into the bottle. This cuvée is our space for expression and experimentation, challenged every year. Our wish is to highlight an unknown grape variety, an unusual vinification or ageing, an original collaboration… This year, the Lledoner pelut is in the spotlight; next year… who knows?

We have selected for the occasion a magnificent plot of this ancestral grape variety, on the limestone of the heights of Opoul-Périllos, with a view of the sea. The grapes were pampered by a couple of friendly winegrowers, harvested and vinified by us. .

This cuvée is worked without sulfur during vinification and ageing. The wine is neither fined nor filtered in order to remain as close as possible to the “raw” product. The result is a LIVELY, aromatic, powerful and easily digestible wine, without any deviation. To discover without delay… who says “ephemeral” says “not much”…"
