A descendent of a long line of farmers, Christophe Mignon is a true conduit of the land and his unique approach to viticulture combines his own extension of biodynamics to include homeopathy, geobiology, and phytotherapy; all guided by the force of the moon in both the cellar and vineyard. His vines are spread among thirty parcels between the villages of Le Breuil and Festigny in the Vallée de la Marne. These terroirs are prime land for Pinot Meunier, which Mignon picks at optimum ripeness to allow for little, if any, dosage. Disgorged 07/2025.
Precise and mineral-driven that showcases the purity of Pinot Meunier through notes of crisp red apple, citrus confit, and toasted almond. On the palate, it offers a taut, savory complexity with a fine mousse and an elegant finish of dried mint and flinty minerality. It is a structured and expressive vintage that balances textural richness with a sharp, refreshing acidity.
