Château Haut-Rian is a family-run estate in the Premières Côtes de Bordeaux, now led by the second generation, Pauline Lapierre and her husband. The winery manages 85 hectares of vines with a "garden-like" approach, focusing on biodiversity and traditional massal selection to preserve the vineyard's heritage. Having achieved full organic and biodynamic certification in 2025, the estate is dedicated to minimal-intervention winemaking that highlights the purity of their limestone-clay soils. Their wines are celebrated for a signature vibrant freshness, particularly their distinctive, deep-hued Bordeaux Clairet.
