Champagne Marguet is a House located in Ambonnay whose vineyard itself represents 7.30 hectares then composed of several plots or localities located in these prestigious villages of Bouzy, Chouilly, Avize, Aÿ, and Mesnil sur Oger, all classified Grands Crus among the rare, there are only 17 classified Grand Cru.
The vines are based on limestone soils and the average age of the vines is 40 years, all cared for in biodynamics, herbal medicine and aromatherapy. All the harvest is manual and once pressed, the wines are isolated, listed by locality in casks and barrels and on the lees. These localities will then be listed under the same name to authenticate, each the origin of each bottle of champagne. All the cellar work is carried out by gravity, in particular with regard to filtration and the care given to the wines is in perfect harmony with naturotherapy.
