"Our 10-hectare vineyard extends mainly over Grands Crus planted with Chardonnay grapes. White grapes harvested and pressed by us.

Our winemaker approach is natural. The soils of our vineyard have always been maintained by plowing and each year we place a compost of local ingredients in the vineyard. The biological life of the soils generates health and productivity of the vineyard.

Our Champagne wines are neither fined nor filtered. Bottling takes place at the estate and riddling is manual.

Always vintage, this cuvée comes from a plot of AVIZE of 60 ares (Fosse aux porceaux).
No heavy mechanical machinery was involved in the upkeep of this vine, worked solely by man and horse. Venus, the parcel emblem of the estate. Bottling is carried out on corks and staples. Disgorgement 2 months before the sale and without dosage. This cuvée is only available in bottle."
