Founded by Marilena Aufiero in 2004, Cantina Bambinuto is a small, family-run winery located in the heart of Santa Paolina within the Irpinia sub-region of Campania. The estate is renowned for its artisanal approach, transitioning from grape suppliers to acclaimed independent producers while maintaining 100% control over their volcanic and clay-rich high-altitude vineyards. Their winemaking philosophy focuses on purity and minimal intervention, utilizing stainless steel fermentation and extended aging on the lees to highlight the distinct minerality and vibrant acidity of the Greco di Tufo grape.
