About the cuvee, from Berry Bros. and Rudd:
"This wine is from Ben’s own vineyards, covering every aspect of the communes and their elevations, including high up by Bois de Blagny. Raised in 300-litre and 600-litre barrels and half in stainless steel, this has plenty of weight but is not over-generous. The grip is firm, with a veneer of austerity and a lifted perfume at the finish."
