This vineyard belongs to Jean-Charles, Ben Leroux's right-hand man. It has been in his family for generations and he farms it himself with the precision and care of a proud father. It is completely enclosed by walls, but also surrounded on three sides by buildings of the village of Volnay, making it a uniquely sheltered terroir despite its higher altitude. This is the Flor store favorite!

Winemaking
50% de-stemmed, indigenous yeast fermentation, 15 days maceration in tank. Aged for 12 months, half in tank and half in barrel.
