Founded in 1982 by the late Jim Clendenen, Au Bon Climat is an iconic Santa Barbara County winery dedicated to crafting classic Burgundian-style Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Clendenen, was a visionary who helped put the Central Coast on the map for these elegant, food-friendly wines. Today, his legacy continues under the direction of his children, who maintain the winery's focus on balance, restraint, and longevity.

This is a blend of fruit from several premier vineyards throughout the county. The specific vineyard sources can vary by vintage, but generally include a number of prominent sites, with a particular focus on the Santa Maria Valley.
