"A single varietal red wine of the Trousseau grape; ecologically farmed (following organic, no-till farming methods, but considering ecological systems- not only the macro and micro flora and fauna, but also the microbial biota) from Morning Mist Vineyards in the McMinnville AVA in the Willamette Valley of Oregon. Native yeast fermented and barrel aged in neutral oak."
