This is hands down the cleanest, zero zero wine we've come across. Sourced from 50-70 year old Xarel-lo vines, 'Gres' presents captivating aromas of meyer lemon and green apple, layered with complex overtones of sea breeze and aromatic Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, a creamy texture balances with a vibrant acidity, revealing flavors of ripe peach, citrus, sea salt, and toasted almonds. A distinct minerality, hinting at stony or wet rock elements, adds depth and intrigue to its long, refreshing finish. No additives of any kind in the cellar.
