Founded in 1989 by Chris Camarda and now led by his son Morgan, Andrew Will Winery is a pioneering Washington producer dedicated to showcasing the distinct terroirs of the state's best vineyards through minimal-intervention winemaking. The fruit for this wine is sourced exclusively from the estate-owned Two Blondes Vineyard, a 30-acre site planted in 2000 in Zillah within the Yakima Valley AVA.
As the winery's coolest vineyard site, it is renowned for its Moxee silt loam soils over a silica-cemented hardpan, which imparts a signature elegance, bright acidity, and floral complexity to the Cabernet Sauvignon. The estate is widely credited with elevating the status of single-vineyard Washington reds by focusing on balance and structural longevity over high ripeness.
