Aline Beauné established her namesake domaine in 2018 in the Côte Chalonnaise after serving for 15 years as the head winemaker at the prestigious Château de la Crée. Based in Buxy, she manages roughly five hectares of family vines with a commitment to sustainable viticulture and a focus on expressing the distinct clay-limestone terroir of Montagny. Her winemaking style is characterized by the use of large, neutral oak barrels to produce white wines that balance rich texture with a precise, mineral-driven acidity.

Sourced from east-facing family vines on heavy clay-limestone soils, this vintage is aged in neutral oak casks to produce a powerful, textured palate that balances the grape's natural "nervy" acidity with a rounded finish.

Fermented and aged for 12 months in large 350L and 500L neutral oak barrels—typically used five to six times—to build texture without imparting heavy wood flavors. Following this barrel maturation, the wine is racked and rested in stainless steel tanks for an additional three months to settle and preserve its characteristic mineral tension before bottling.
