Agathe Bursin is a small, family-run estate located in the village of Westhalten in Alsace, France. Having grown up immersed in the rhythm of winemaking alongside her grandparents, Agathe took over the family's small plot of vines in 2000, embracing organic practices and a deep respect for the land. Her focus on producing wines that express the unique terroir of their plots, including the Grand Cru Zinnkoepflé, has earned her a reputation for crafting elegant, complex, and precise Alsatian wines.
Today, the domaine cultivates roughly 6.10 hectares of vineyards, with a focus on both white and red varieties, crafting wines known for their textural weight and expressive character.
