Established in 2003 by the daughter of local winemaking pioneer Jacques Rouzé, Domaine Adèle Rouzé is a standout producer in the Quincy appellation of the Loire Valley. The winery focuses on small-scale, high-quality production, farming roughly five hectares of estate vineyards primarily located in the village of Brinay. These vines are rooted in the region’s signature sandy and gravelly soils, which provide excellent drainage and impart a distinct mineral clarity to the wines.
