Cuvee Notes from the producer: 

All estate owned vineyards on pure schist with very steep inclines. Most of the vineyards are terraced. The vine ages range from 30 years up to over 80.

About The Producer:

Fernando González Riveiro and Ana Pérez began by tending their 5 hectares of old vines in the Amandi subzone of Ribeira Sacra over 30 years ago. Amandi is the micro-canyon that has been carved out over millennia, through schist and slate-rich hills, by the River Sil.

Fernando and Ana's grapes are organic and they follow many biodynamic principles. Grapes are foot trodden and fermentations are long and slow with only natural yeasts.
