Holy Shannoli is the result of owner and creator, Shannon Smith's long-time love of pastry and home baking. From an early age, Smith could be found in the kitchen with her mother—dancing, singing and learning all the baking basics. A fateful trip to a pastry shop in Boston’s North End introduced Smith to the iconic cannoli, and it was love at first bite. Smith has worked to perfect every detail of the Italian pastry while channeling her childhood whimsy to give the classic a few new twists.
