The now closed Yakima River Winery was one of the pioneering early producers of the Yakima Valley. They specialized in producing varietal wines, particularly Bordeaux varieties, and their 1990 Cabernet Sauvignon was produced at a balanced 12.0% ABV that is nearly impossible to find today.
