Champagne is not just for celebrations and it's not just for Valentines Day. Its's for any day, and f@*k yes it's for father's day. Dads are classy deserve some classy bubbles. L’Atavique is 65% Pinot Noir based on the 2018 vintage and spends about 3 years on the lees before disgorgement. This wine is widely delicious. When we tasted it a while back along with dozens of other Champagnes this one stood out for its combination of orchard and stone fruit, mild toastiness, elegant chamomile and floral notes and chalky minerality - all knitted together superbly.
