Founded by Bryan and Emily Berenguer after 20 years of global travel, Human Cellars is a small family winery in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. The winery operates on a "vigneron" model, practicing minimal-intervention winemaking and biodynamic farming to produce "thoughtful wines" that honor extraordinary people the founders met during their humanitarian work. Based in the Red Hills of Dundee, they focus on cool-climate varietals like Gamay, Viognier, and Riesling, using organic methods to reflect the pure symbiosis between human, vine, and nature.
