Founded in 1965 by David and Diana Lett, The Eyrie Vineyards is a pioneering Oregon estate credited with planting the very first Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vines in the Willamette Valley. Today, second-generation winemaker Jason Lett continues this legendary legacy with a steadfast dedication to low-intervention winemaking, regenerative no-till farming, and certified organic viticulture. Rather than relying on heavy manipulation, the winery utilizes native yeast fermentations and neutral oak aging to allow the unique climate of the Dundee Hills to speak directly through the finished bottle. This minimalist approach shines in their unique Trousseau, which is sourced entirely from the estate's Sisters Vineyard. Situated as the lowest and youngest site in the Eyrie portfolio, this south-facing, basalt-heavy vineyard is home to the historic 2012 plantings that marked the very first Trousseau vines in the region
