For their vibrant 'Lardons' Beaujolais-Villages, they source 100% Gamay grapes from a high-altitude, late-ripening parcel nestled within the Fleurie cru. This specific plot features unique pink granite and white quartz soils that lend the wine its striking mineral backbone and inspire its playful name.
