Located in the village of Orbagna, Domaine Overnoy (led by Guillaume Overnoy) represents a modern continuation of a four-generation Jura winemaking lineage. Since taking over from his father, Jean-Louis, in 2014, Guillaume has converted the 5.5-hectare estate to organic farming and specialized in expressive, "topped-up" (ouillé) wines that prioritize freshness. Inspired by his great-uncle, the natural wine legend Pierre Overnoy, Guillaume utilizes native yeast fermentation and minimal-to-zero sulfur to highlight the area’s distinct marl and limestone terroirs. Today, the estate is recognized for its vibrant interpretations of all five central Jura grape varieties, crafted through patient, long-term aging on fine lees.
