A sophisticated monovarietal prosecco perfect for any end of summer occasion. Aromas of Granny-Smith apples, lemon peels, and nectarine, rest gracefully atop subtle tones of elderflower. The palate is introduced to a dynamic acidity under a fine mousse that dances with a creamy texture before descending into a dry, crisp, refreshing, medium finish. This cuvee doesn’t need food to be enjoyed but would be a great addition to a cheese plate of your choosing.
About The Producer: The estate first started in 1966 when Renzo and Alida Frassinelli got married and bought there 6 acres of vines. Today the estate is run by the second generation of Frassinelli’s, Gianluca and Roberta, who are both the business and winemakers for the estate. They produce a variety of Prosecco as well as some still cuvees.
