This Pelaverga is sourced from three different sites in Verduno: Sut Jort, Lasagne, and Rocche dell'Olmo. A general soil type is of calcareous limestone. Vines planted are between 4 and 20 years old. There is a bit more depth to this Pelaverga, both in color and in structure. While it retains its fruity and peppery character, there is more concentration to be found here with just a touch of velvety tannins on the finish.
