Château La Canorgue, located in the heart of the Luberon AOC in Provence, is a historic family-owned estate championed by pioneering winemaker Jean-Pierre Margan and his daughter Nathalie. The family has meticulously farmed their terraced, limestone-clay vineyards organically since the 1970s and now utilizes fully certified biodynamic practices to preserve the soil and native ecosystem. For the 2023 Luberon Rouge, fruit is strictly hand-harvested from estate-owned old vines that average over 30 years of age, rooted in cooler, high-altitude plots. This vibrant, terroir-driven vintage features a Syrah-dominant blend beautifully balanced by Grenache, showcasing a seamless fusion of dark berry flavors and local wild herbs.
