"Our 10-hectare vineyard extends mainly over Grands Crus planted with Chardonnay grapes. White grapes harvested and pressed by us.
Our winemaker approach is natural. The soils of our vineyard have always been maintained by plowing and each year we place a compost of local ingredients in the vineyard. The biological life of the soils generates health and productivity of the vineyard.
Our Champagne wines are neither fined nor filtered. Bottling takes place at the estate and riddling is manual.
The encounter of our Grand Crus. A blend of 2 vintages from specifically chosen vineyard blocks in AVIZE, OGER, CRAMANT and OIRY, all planted with Chardonnay.
Disgorged 2 months before the release date and dosage limited at 5 grams of sugar per liter."
