Ca’n Verdura is a "garage winery" located in the heart of Mallorca's Binissalem region, founded in 2012 by viticulturist Tomeu Llabrés. Operating out of a converted auto shop, the project focuses on reviving indigenous grape varieties like Moll and Mantonegro from old, high-altitude bush vines. Llabrés prioritizes low-intervention, organic farming and traditional Balearic techniques to create wines that express the island’s unique red clay soils and Mediterranean sea breeze. The resulting labels, like the Supernova series, are celebrated for their freshness, salinity, and authentic local character.
