Impressions: Aromas of lime pith, tangerine, grapefruit, and melon dance alongside subtle floral tones of scotch broom before finishing with cool herbaceous notes of dried mint. The palate is met with refreshing acidity that plays with a mineral focused-savory element transforming into a crisp and dry finish. Pair with your favorite crudo or fresh fish pasta of your choosing, alternatively enjoy alone as an aperitif.
About The Producer: Ca’ Lojera is a small family run estate founded in 1992 Ambra and Franco Tiraboschi in Veneto nestled on the shores of the picturesque Lago di Garda (Lake Garda). They started making wine in 1992, and it was almost by accident. Both come from an agricultural background and when the property was for sale they jumped at the opportunity. When the time came to find someone to buy their grapes, they simply could not, and decided to try their knack at winemaking; the rest is history. The twenty-hectare property only makes wine from grapes grown on the estate. The vines are all about 30-40 years old and are all hand-harvested.
