AT Roca was founded in 2012 by Agustí Torelló Sibill and his sons, Jordi and Agustí, with a dedicated focus on expressing the distinct terroir of the Penedès through organic and sustainable viticulture. Moving away from the broader Cava designation, the family emphasizes the Clàssic Penedès category to ensure every bottle is vintage-dated, estate-grown, and aged for a minimum of 15 months. Their winemaking philosophy centers on minimal intervention and "zero dosage," allowing the natural acidity and minerality of the land to remain the focal point.
This specific rosé is crafted from an equal blend of Macabeu and Garnatxa sourced from vineyards in the Subzona Costers de l’Ordal, where the vines thrive in well-drained calcareous soils rich in marine fossils.
