Impressions: Aromas of pear purée, white peach, cantaloupe, and gardenias greet from the glass. A sharp acidity introduces a gentle fizz that descends towards a bone dry, mouthwatering finish.
About the Producer: The Family vineyard started in 1919 when Jean-Marie L’amouller a Breton living in Blaye, fell in love with the region and decided to settle there in Frédignac after meeting his wife and started the estate. Michel, their great-grandson took over the vines in 1977 and was in charge of the cooperative cellar until 1984 until creating the winemaking cellar ‘Château Frédignac’. In 2013, almost 100 years after the first vine stocks were planted, the estate was taken over by Vincent and Ludivine. Both keeping the deep-rooted values of the estate alive.
