Notes from Tenuta Santi Giacomo e Filippo:
"Of a very pale straw yellow, Bellantonio has an intense and persistent nose, with floral scents of chamomile and lemon, and light tertiary aromas that flow into the mineral. The same minerality is found when tasting, with a strong flavor, combined with soft sweet sensations governed by fine acidity. The ideal serving temperature is 14 °. Perfect to accompany raw and hot appetizers, Mediterranean pasta not too elaborate in the condiments, even complex fish, fresh cheeses, aperitifs between meals."
This is a monovarietal bottling of the native Incrocio Bruni, very reminiscent of Vermentino
