Notes from Savage Grace:
Nose; Lemon curd, early yellow apples, star fruit, lemon sherbert, fresh cut lemon grass and dusty chalk. Palate; true to the palate this wine shows off notes of soft ripe
mature citrus, lemon curd and cream, herbacious lemon balm and a soft opulent roundness that is carried by a sharp back bone of high acid.
The Sauvignon Blanc was planted in 2007. We work with a block that includes eight different clones that offers a diverse range in complexities such as the gist clone, an Italian clone and two french clones.
