Sparkling rosé wine with a bright pink bottom, tending towards blue. Intense floral scent, notes of rose. Fruity reminiscent of strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate. Juicy, fragrant, savory. It goes well with appetizers based on cured meats, rice or pasta dishes. Excellent with cotechino and boiled meat.
An ancestral wine with zero chemical impact: zero in the countryside, zero in the cellar. The result of eighty years of research work (France, Austria, Cekia) and forty-five harvests in the cellar in Faedo to achieve purity, the fruit of the vine transformed into wine, without exogenous addition".
