In 1985 Pascal took over his family’s business at the Domaine; not very long after Nicolas joined in 1993. The two brothers began replanting vines and renovating all the existing infrastructure to make it into the winery it is today. After the death of Nicolas in 2007, his wife Sophie joined the estate and has been producing with Pascal since. The estate consists of 14 hectares, all organically farmed with the finest attention to detail which is showcased through every vintage.

Vintage notes: Strong aromas of citrus and flint dominate the glass followed by green apple and subtle notes of white flowers. On the palate, lime and grapefruit mingle with lively acidity paired with chalky minerals allowing for a great lift and texture.
