Pinot Noir that was planted in 1985 located at the bottom of the slope of Primeaux Prissey (in the village), soil of clay with alluvial stones. Viticulture is Lutte raisonnée (organic methods), and vilification is whole-cluster pressing, 21 days in tank, indigenous yeast fermentation. Aged for 12 months in older oak barrels (5 years old).
