Notes from the producer:
"All of our sparkling wines, in addition to meeting the strict requirements established by Corpinnat, are made exclusively with grapes from the sustainable vineyards of our Estate. They age in the bottle in the underground cellars for periods ranging from thirty months to twenty-six years."
About the cuvee:
This "special edition" Corpinnat from the 2016 vintage is made of 57% Parellada and 43% Macabeo, and was aged on its lees for nearly eight years (!) before being disgorged in May of 2024.
