This is a young vine blend of 90% Carricante and 10% Minella. Inviting notes of orchard fruit, pomelos, and white flowers. Gorgeous acidity, mineral-rich light bodied juicy texture and a lengthy, citrusy and salty finish.
Additional Notes from Louis/Dressner:
Aurora (which means dawn in Italian) is also the name of a small and graceful native butterfly that's currently at risk of extinction. These can often be spotted in the vines and inspired the wine's name and label.
