"Duca di Dolle is located in Rolle, a tiny hamlet in the heart of the Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. hills of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene. A monastery since the 16th century, and already a center of wine production, it now extends over 75 hectares of vineyards, woods, meadows and pastures. In 2011, Duca di Dolle was purchased by the Baccini family who, coming from the world of Research and Development, immediately decided to focus on innovation, product quality and environmental sustainability.
Sourced from all estate fruit from Rolle, a sparkling wine is harmonious and pleasant, the sweetness unobtrusive. With its aromas of citrus and white fruit and its fine and persistent perlage, it is perfectly well-balanced in sweetness and salty courses.
