Terroir: From “La Fuye”, a plot in Saint Lambert du Lattay, east-facing, schist soil.
Viticulture: Organic (Ecocert), Cordon de Royat pruning.
Vinification: 100% whole cluster, 5-day semi-carbonic maceration followed by an ambient yeast fermentation, aged for 7 months in stainless steel, light earth filtration.
