After deccieding to return to Burgundy to take teh viens back, Jean spent time with Charles Lachaux leading up to the debut of the domaine wines. Vineyards utilize high trellising, cover crops, low-to no till. The wines 100% whole cluster with the fermentation starting out with a Pied de cuve, and NO OAK.
