Notes from Domaine des Coteaux des Travers:
"For more than 100 years, the Domaine des Coteaux des Travers has perpetuated the family tradition from father to son and daughter. It was in 1920 that Marine and Paul's great-grandfather began to cultivate vines. In 1976 Robert CHARAVIN Senior developed the estate with the sale of bottles. His son, Robert CHARAVIN, took over in 1984 and converted the vineyard to organic farming, then to biodynamic farming. Marine and Paul, the 4th generation, joined the estate in 2016 and work today with their father who continues to transmit this now century-old knowledge.
This wine presents a pretty brilliant color with aromas of red fruits. Its mouth is fresh and greedy where we find the aromas of red fruits. To be consumed slightly chilled with grilled meats or as an aperitif".
